Document storage – box – Boxes are picked up at the customer site, bar-coded, and filed in one of our warehouses until they are called for. Typically customers request the entire box be delivered. Standard delivery is order by 3:00 pm for delivery the next business day. Options do exist for immediate scanning or faxing; and emergency delivery. Customers are billed a monthly storage charge for storing the box, and for associated service activity.

Computer tape rotations – Computer tapes are picked up at the customer site and filed off site in our secured facilities. Tapes are then retrieved and delivered on a scheduled basis.
Retrieval & Delivery – Records (boxes; files; & tapes) are picked up at or delivered to the customer location using our dedicated transportation fleet. Standard delivery is to place a pick-up or delivery order by 3:00 pm for scheduled delivery the next business day. Rush delivery, call by 3:00 pm with delivery within 3 hours, and emergency delivery options are available. File Annex delivery personnel work with you to deliver the record to a location that works for you, the customer.
Empty box containers – Attractive, strong, new boxes are available for delivery to your door for legal/letter sizes. These boxes are of high quality and stand up to years of use.
Imaging – Paper documents are converted into electronic images using the desired software platform. Due to the many factors associated with each project and the labor effort required in preparation, imaging is priced on a specific job basis.
Shredding/destruction – Paper documents are destroyed in accordance with industry standards through a secure shredding operation.
File room moves/purges – File Annex staff perform and/or support the removal of documents from client active file rooms to offsite storage at File Annex or another client file room.
